Detention in the disciplinary battalion: comparative legal analysis of punishment in Ukraine and in Great Britain

This article is devoted to a comparative legal analysis of the procedure and conditions execution serving punishment in form detention disciplinary battalion Ukraine military corrective training center Great Britain.
